This amazingly well-written book 1 in the Stone Warriors Series with great characters make a great story with gargoyles. These characters have developed well over the book as they are introduced you get to learn about these wonderful interesting ell crafted characters as they find love while protecting others. This story has action, adventure, twists/turns, chemistry and romance. This book is a must read in a new series from a must read Author. I will buy the rest of this series

The Stone Warriors live by a motto: Protect the vulnerable. This will become important in his interactions with single mom Nellie and her son, Jeremy. Gideon is one of the gargoyles in the MC.
For Gideon, life had not been easy. His adoptive father was not a good man and Gideon ended up spending some time in jail. He questioned whether he was worthy of a relationship because of his checkered past. Nellie had a hard time as well, having come from an abusive family life until her grandfather rescued her. Due to those early years, she learned not to be trusting toward others. Their pasts will affect their present behaviors and make it difficult for them to move forward and do something about it. Yet he was drawn to her and wanted to find a way to win her heart. When Nellie and Jeremy are in danger, Gideon shows his protective nature. Will Nellie learn to trust him and give him a chance?

This is the first clean paranormal romance that I've read in a long time. Gargoyles, who are also human, are The Stone Warrior MC club. They protect people who have no way to protect themselves. They ride motorcycles but also own a resto mod old car garage. Nellie is looking for a garage that can restore her father old VW bug. Was a great story that kept me reading till the end. Will Gideon and Nellie get together?

This is a clean paranormal romance. The Stone WarrIors MC are made up of Gargoyles who are also human. They are a clean MC that protects those who cannot protect their selves and also own a garage and do resto mod to old cars. Nellie is looking for someone to restore the VW bug her father owns. While enrolled to Hunterdon Customs she is surrounded by another MC who is not as clean as the Stone Warriors. Will she be safe? Can the Warriors protecr her and her family? Will Gideon the front mN of the garage catch her eye? I loved this story. The plot was great and the story flowed easily. HEA. Great book and great initial installment for the series.

Gideon is part of the Stone Warriors who are gargoyles he makes it his duty to protect Nelle and her son Jeremy along with Nelle's Grandfather Sean. What a great start to a new gargoyle series by Chris Redding. Gideon is a member of the Stone Warriors MC and their motto protect the venerable is never more so need than with Nellie and her son Jeremy. Nellie wanted to surprise her grandfather by repairing his classic car that had seen better days so she goes to hunterdons Customs where she meets Gideon , worried about the costs Gideon propose a trade as they both share a goal, with her fundraising and the MC protecting the venerable people who have to testify at trials. Whilst they work on the fundraiser they start to grow close only for Nellie and Jeremy to become victimised by the Goblins and Nellie abusive ex threatening to take full custody of Jeremy and a little thing that Gideon is actually a gargoyle. What will happen between Nellie and Gideon when his past comes to light can they make things work? A well written paranormal biker story with action, suspense, twists and romance!

Gideon O'Malley, gargoyle, worked for Hunterdon Customs which renovated old cars. HC was run by the Stone Warriors. Gid was part of the Stone Warriors, MC. He wore his cut with pride. Flynn, joined the Stone Warriors at the same time. They are firm friends and Flynn works as a mechanic. Niall Burke, leader of goblins and two others were in the park across from the garage. They were planning on expanding their territory. Cops appreciated the SWs because they kept Glen Cairn, peaceful. Quinn Hogan was club president. Nellie Flannery, was single Mom to Jeremy worked from her house as a fund raiser. She lived with her grandfather, Sean. She wanted to get Sean's 1970 VW Beetle repaired. She found her way to HC and was intimidated by the goblin MC before she entered HC. Niall and the goblins suddenly were stepping up their intimidation. What is motivating Niall? Is he targeting Nellie or Gideon? Will Gideon keep his gargoyle secret from Nellie? What does Sean know? Will the goblin gargoyle conflict escalate? Will Gideon be able to keep Nellie and Jeremy safe? What is Flynn's story? A little tepid, not much passion. Even the feels are tame. Nicely done, good action.

Gideon and Nellie will touch your hearts in this charming story. Both had rough starts to life. For Gideon he was adopted into a family by a man who was not a nice man and because of his devious behavior, Gideon spent time in jail. For Nellie she came from an abusive dysfunctional home and was finally adopted by her grandfather. Gideon thought that he had nothing to offer because of his past and Nellie had trust issues. When these two met Gideon was drawn to her and over the time spent together she changed his perceptions. When the Goblins flew off with Jeremy, Gideon saw this once again as a smear against him. Will he be able to get the boy back and win Nellie's heart as well?
"Interesting story with interesting characters."
I read this in one sitting, it kept my interest and the concept of gargoyles and others living in the world with humans was interesting. It's hard to do much character development in just over 100 pages, but there was a good start to several of the characters. I am looking forward to reading more of these. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is there were several typos in the book and a few places where a phrase or sentence did not make sense. Unfortunately, that caused me to pause and have to think about what was going on to make the phrase make sense. I will read more by this author.

This is book one in the Stone Warriors series by Chris Redding. This is the first book I have read by this author. This book is a quick short read, very fast paced, and can be read as a standalone. I will say that I am beginning to like books about Gargoyles. However, this book also contains goblins. That combination is new to me. I will say that these Gargoyles have good hearts and protect those that cannot protect themselves. However, this book didn't seem to have the burn of desire between the main characters. The attraction was there, but they are very slow to act on it. I was expecting a little more sizzle...

Gargoyles are my new infatuation! I love this series. Gideon is a member of the Stone Warriors MC and a gargoyle to boot. The motorcycle club is there to protect women and children from abuse and keep peace in the town. And boy does Nelly and her son, Jeremy, need some protection. She meets Gideon when she hires the shop to restore her granddad, Sean's, VW. Her ex is a mental bully and is threatening to file for full custody. The Goblins have a bad relationship with the Stone Warriors and Nellie gets caught in the middle. Gideon is willing to do anything to protect Nollie and her guys. I love her grandfather, Sean, and how he reacted to Gideon's disclosure of his abilities. This book was really a great read and I am looking forward to the next book.
